Innocent Designs Policy

Innocent Designs, LLC will maintain all art unless provided by client. Art charges are for computer time only. Estimates are determined from information provided and good for 30 days. We do not allow customer supplied product due to the fact in manufacturing you do on occasion have problems. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or replacement of goods supplied by customers. We cannot replace the garment or be financially responsible for replacement. 

Returns

Innocent Designs, LLC takes pride in producing the best product at competitive pricing.  Each item is personally created based upon the information you specify when placing your order.  Due to the unique custom nature of each item, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns of items that have been customized to your specifications.  However, we will replace any item that is incorrect due to our error.

Please be sure to double check the information for each order (color, design, etc), and pay special attention to the spelling of any personalized items you are requesting on the order.

Sales Tax

Tax exempt orders for non-profit organizations or resale (wholesale) must submit the appropriate completed form with the order to be eligible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of order placement.  After 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled, as work will already have begun.

Returned Checks

Returned check fee for insufficient funds (NFS): $35.00

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
